Sitting Properly
At the end of a long work day, do you notice that your back may be stiff or sore? Do you have a migraine or are your shoulders slumped forward? If so, it might be time to pay attention to your posture at work.
Here’s a few helpful tips to try and fix which will be beneficial in the short and long term
- Keep your computer monitor at eye level so your head doesn't tilt.
- Pull your shoulders back and keep your back flat against the chair.
- Rest your feet flat on the ground—no crossing ankles or legs.
- Use a lumbar support tool to help keep your upper back straight and prevent slouching.
